The order is being delivered. Venipac to your home, but you can direct it to a convenient parcel machine in the following ways:
- Independently online: By opening the tracking link received in an SMS message or email, you will be able to direct the shipment to the nearest parcel terminal.
- Customer service by phone: by calling +370 700 55221.
- By email: by writing to the help desk at [email protected].
Parcel tracking
Since this is an international shipment, you will initially receive an international carrier tracking number (e.g. 3445689765) with which you can track the shipment here: tracking.packeta.com.
In the tracking information, you will also see the Venipak tracking number, in the example V30964E0055843. By clicking on this number (V30964E0055843), you will be redirected to the Venipac tracking portal and will receive information about the location of the shipment.
You can also track Venipak shipments by directly entering the tracking number on the Venipac tracking page: venipak.com/tracking.
