  1. These rules establish the terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods between MB Amzona (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the website visitor/buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
  2. The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement the rules at any time by posting this on the website.
  3. Orders placed before the rules were changed are fulfilled according to the conditions in force at that time.

  1. All products are listed on the website with descriptions and prices in euros (EUR).
  2. Prices include VAT, if applicable.
  3. The seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods without prior notice.

4. Order placement and payment

  1. You can place an order by selecting the desired items and adding them to your cart.
  2. The buyer must provide correct personal data - name, surname, address, e-mail and telephone number.
  3. Payment is made through Paysera system, bank transfer or other specified methods.
  4. The order is considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

  1. We deliver goods to buyers in Lithuania and throughout the EU.
  2. Delivery of orders usually takes 5-7 business days after payment.
  3. The delivery price is indicated at the time of ordering.
  4. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third parties.

Before returning goods, please read these rules. They have been prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU.

Conditions for returning goods of suitable quality

  • Right to withdraw from the contract: samanasantos.lt buyers have the right, without giving a reason, to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract within 14 calendar days days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  • Term calculation: according to EU regulations and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, this period begins to run from the date of receipt of the goods (when the buyer or a person designated by him physically receives the goods).
  • Informing: The buyer must inform the seller in writing (e-mail) about the withdrawal from the contract, indicating the order number.
  • Return costs: When returning goods of suitable quality, the direct costs of returning the goods are paid by buyer.
  • Product condition: The returned item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, in its original and undamaged packaging (with all labels and protective films).

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality

  • Warranty and replacement: Goods of inadequate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania provisions and valid Retail regulations.
  • Defect detection: Upon noticing a manufacturing defect or damage, the buyer must immediately contact the seller and provide photos or a description proving the defect.
  • Return costs: If the item is returned due to the seller's fault (defect, wrong item), all return costs are covered by seller.

  1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
